Stocked items are packaged and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. A tracking number is sent to the email provided. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS ' Priority Mail ' a 1-3 day service for domestic orders.
All shipping fees are non-refundable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships from Futurefarms Inc., we are no longer responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
To CALCULATE the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.
To TRACK your package, please log-in to your account or reference the Shipping Confirmation email that was sent to the e-mail address you provided. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a “Status Check” in order to locate your package.
The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on the country’s laws and regulations.
Futurefarms Inc. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. Futurefarms Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Bulk orders cannot be canceled or withdrawn, but if the cancellation has been approved internally, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
Futurefarms Inc. will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange within 30 days from date of delivery.
